Sophos, a global leader in cybersecurity, has introduced a new Customer Success team to enhance support for both customers and channel partners. This dedicated team will provide ongoing assistance, resources, and guidance to help organizations maximize the value of their Sophos solutions and strengthen their overall cybersecurity posture.

The new team will offer a range of services, including:

    • Personalized support: Dedicated account managers will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored recommendations.
    • Security expertise: Customers will benefit from access to expert knowledge on the latest threats, such as ransomware and data breaches, through webinars, alerts, and other educational resources.
    • Solution optimization: The team will help customers leverage their existing Sophos investments more effectively and identify opportunities to expand their security coverage with additional solutions like Managed Detection and Response (MDR).
    • Stronger partnerships: Sophos Customer Success will collaborate closely with channel partners and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver comprehensive support and drive customer satisfaction.

“By creating a single point of contact for our customers, we can better understand their needs and provide the support they require. Our goal is to help customers build a robust security framework that protects their organization from evolving cyber threats,” said Angela Bucher, vice president of Customer Success at Sophos. “

Sophos Customer Success offers two service levels:

    • High-touch: Personalized support for complex customer environments.
    • Tech-touch: Scalable support for partners and MSPs with a larger customer base.

Sam Heard, president of Data Integrity Services, a Sophos channel partner, praised the new initiative: “The Sophos Customer Success team has been a valuable asset to our partnership. They help us better understand our customers’ needs and deliver the right solutions.”

With the launch of Sophos Customer Success, the company reinforces its commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
