Mantrac Nigeria has revealed the strategic reasons behind its decision to offer fourteen Nigerian winners of the CAT Excavators Campaign an exclusive customer experience trip to Málaga, Spain.

According to Emad Adeeb, Managing Director of Mantrac Nigeria, the core purpose of the trip was to provide customers with an excellent opportunity to witness Caterpillar innovation firsthand and forge a direct connection with the experts behind the powerful machines they utilize daily.

“This trip strengthened the relationship we have with our customers and reinforced our commitment to providing the right solutions and support to help them achieve sustainable growth,” Mr. Adeeb stated.

Mantrac Nigeria proudly celebrated these fourteen winners of the CAT Excavators Campaign with the exclusive Spanish experience, which was part of a broader Mantrac Group initiative designed to recognize qualified customers across its African territories. The campaign rewarded customers who purchased eligible CAT excavator models, and the visit to Málaga served as the grand finale of a programme specifically designed by Mantrac to strengthen customer capability, deepen technical understanding, and reinforce the long-term partnerships that support Nigeria’s key industrial sectors.

The immersive experience began with a warm reception at the Gran Hotel Miramar, organized by the Mantrac team, followed by a guided exploration of Málaga’s rich cultural and historical highlights. The technical component of the programme commenced at the state-of-the-art Caterpillar Málaga Machine Learning and Demonstration Centre. Here, customers received opening remarks, a safety briefing, and an insightful session reflecting on one hundred years of Caterpillar innovation.

The day continued with in-depth discussions and live demonstrations covering excavator and earthmoving solutions, the advanced VisionLink technology, and paving applications. Customers were then engaged in a detailed walkaround of demo machines, consulting directly with Mantrac and Caterpillar specialists.

A major highlight of the experience was the live CAT Big Push Show, where customers witnessed CAT equipment operating dynamically in a real demonstration environment. This showcase vividly brought the engineering capability of the brand to life, creating an unforgettable moment for the Nigerian delegation.

The Málaga visit concluded the Mantrac Group campaign across multiple African markets, ultimately recognizing sixty-nine customers who qualified for the offer and celebrating the strong business partnerships that continue to drive progress with Mantrac across the continent.
