The Nigerian government through the Ministry of Communications Innovation and Digital Economy has launched the Startup Support and Engagement Portal, describing it as a key requirement for the implementation of the Nigeria Startup Act. Launching the portal, the Minister of Communications Innovation and Digital Economy, Bosun Tijani noted that the portal will drive the identification and aggregation of Nigerian startups, venture capital companies, hubs and innovation centers.
