Social networking platform, Twitter has adduced reasons why it decided to site its headquarter of African operations in Ghana ahead of other African countries in its regional expansion drive. In a blog post, the company described Ghana as a champion of democracy, supporter of free speech, online freedom and open internet of which Twitter is also an advocate.
