EMTECH, a leading software provider is set to launch a revolutionary product designed to empower Financial Service Providers (Fintechs) with proactive risk management and seamless regulatory compliance.

Tagged ‘Beyond Compliance’, the solution will offer a holistic view of compliance checklists and workflows and ultimately, guide Fintechs through the process easily.

Speaking during a virtual media roundtable yesterday, Carmelle Cadet, CEO and Founder of EMTECH explained that ‘Beyond Compliance’ will help players in the Fintech and financial industry ecosystem to navigate the current fragmented compliance landscape.

“The current compliance landscape for Fintechs is fragmented and inefficient. Thus, ‘Beyond Compliance’ will offer a paradigm shift, providing Fintechs with a centralized platform for managing compliance. This is crucial for their long-term success and consumer protection,” she assured.

According to her, this is done by players simply selecting their regulator and providing basic details. Users can automate and standardize compliance activities and significantly, reduce manual tasks and fragmentation.

The ‘Beyond Compliance’ solution is coming to address the growing need for robust risk management in the Fintech industry, as it prioritizes user experience with a customizable solution that ensures meticulous adherence to regulatory requirements.

Also, a check on the solution indicates that the product’s detail-oriented approach is highly effective in guaranteeing regulatory compliance.

“Compliance can be a complex burden for Fintechs, but EMTECH’s Beyond Compliance will simplify compliance management across various markets, offering real-time monitoring and the level of transparency demanded by regulators,” Carmelle added.

Beyond Compliance will empower Fintechs to confidently navigate the ever-evolving regulatory landscape, fostering a more secure and sustainable financial ecosystem.
