This strategic appointment underscores Infobip’s commitment to strengthening its partnerships and driving innovation across this diverse and crucial market.

Bukva brings nearly a decade of invaluable experience to his new role, having demonstrated exceptional leadership within Infobip’s telecom partnerships department. Notably, as Head of Telecom Partnerships for Africa, he successfully optimized connectivity, monetized telecom products, and managed critical partnerships. His background also includes a strong foundation in sales and analytics, allowing him to combine relationship-building with data-driven strategies for impactful business results.

“Infobip is at the forefront of telecommunications innovation, powering seamless communication for businesses worldwide,” stated Mirza Bukva. “My focus will be on solidifying Infobip’s position as a trusted partner in the telecom ecosystem by fostering strong relationships and aligning our strategies with emerging industry trends like 5G infrastructure and fintech convergence.”

In his new role, Bukva will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive telecom partnership strategies across EMEA. This includes cultivating relationships with key operators, aligning Infobip’s solutions with evolving market demands, and driving revenue growth. He will be instrumental in continuing to redefine communication technology across EMEA.”

Bukva’s strategic focus will encompass Europe’s competitive telecom landscape, the Middle East’s dynamic markets, and Africa’s burgeoning digital transformation opportunities. He intends to tailor partnership strategies to address the unique regional nuances while aligning them with Infobip’s overarching global objectives.
