Konga is celebrating its 14th anniversary with a series of customer-focused initiatives, including the launch of its upgraded mobile app and website, exclusive anniversary offers, product upgrades, and exciting rewards designed to deliver even greater value to shoppers.

Running from July 1 to July 31 under the theme “Celebrating Possibilities,” the campaign reflects Konga’s continued commitment to making shopping faster, more convenient and more rewarding for millions of Nigerians.

The anniversary coincides with the rollout of Konga’s redesigned mobile app and website. Built to deliver a significantly improved user experience, the upgraded platforms offer faster performance, smoother navigation, an enhanced interface and a more seamless checkout process. Customers who download or update to the latest version of the Konga app will also enjoy access to exclusive app-only offers throughout the campaign.

As part of its ongoing drive to improve customer convenience, Konga has also partnered with Klump, one of Nigeria’s leading Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) infrastructure providers. Through Klump’s network of lending partners, eligible customers can spread the cost of qualifying purchases over convenient monthly installments, subject to lender approval and applicable terms.

To mark the milestone, Konga is introducing 14 Days of Possibilities, a series of themed shopping events featuring curated deals, flash sales, bundle offers, cashback promotions and surprise discounts across multiple product categories throughout July.

One of the highlights of the campaign is the Product Upgrade Reward Programme, where fourteen lucky shoppers will receive upgraded versions of eligible products purchased during the anniversary campaign at no additional cost.

Customers will also enjoy free shipping on selected products, expanded same-day delivery on eligible orders and access to new product categories, further enhancing the overall shopping experience.

In addition, Konga will be rewarding customers through a long-term promotional campaign, supported by Mikano, which will run beyond the anniversary period. As part of the initiative, shoppers will stand a chance to win exciting prizes, including brand-new cars, in accordance with the approved promotion mechanics and applicable terms and conditions.

Over the past fourteen years, Konga has grown into one of Nigeria’s leading composite e-commerce platforms, combining technology, nationwide retail, logistics and strategic partnerships to simplify commerce and deliver greater value to customers.

Speaking on the anniversary campaign, Irfan Vayani, Senior Vice President, Konga, said:

“Our 14th anniversary is a celebration of our customers and the trust they have placed in Konga over the years. This milestone gave us the opportunity to introduce meaningful improvements, from our upgraded mobile app and website to more convenient ways for customers to shop and pay.

“We are always looking for new ways to give back to our loyal customers. That is why we have introduced several reward initiatives as part of this celebration, and we encourage shoppers to look forward to even more exciting offers and promotions in the months ahead.

“This anniversary campaign is only the beginning. We remain committed to delivering greater convenience, better value and innovative shopping experiences that continue to exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Customers can participate by downloading or updating the Konga app and shopping throughout July to enjoy exclusive app-only deals, anniversary rewards and a faster, more seamless shopping experience.
